About Me:

I am a board-certified clinical psychologist and retired U.S. Army Major specializing in federal, occupational, military, and independent psychological assessment. My work focuses on high-stakes evaluations in which psychological findings inform personnel, security, readiness, administrative, or legal decisions.

My Qualifications:

I earned my B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine and my M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Biola University. I completed an APA-accredited psychology internship and postdoctoral residency at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center before serving as an Army clinical and operational psychologist in the United States and Europe.

During nine years of active-duty Army service, I conducted psychological evaluations involving personnel suitability, fitness for duty, security-clearance determinations, command-directed assessment, military waiver review, and assessment and selection. My assignments included operational consultation to senior military leaders, evaluation of personnel in high-risk and sensitive-duty roles, and psychological assessment supporting senior-leader and advisor selection.

My current work includes federal disability evaluations, independent psychological assessment, record review, diagnostic consultation, and medical-legal opinions. I also provide supervision and consultation in psychological assessment and test interpretation.

I am available for PRN, subcontract, and project-based evaluation work, including remote services and selected travel within the continental United States.
